IABC’s group rate of CDN$242 plus tax for a single or double room is available for stays beginning Friday, 4 June and ending Wednesday, 9 June (based on availability). You are eligible for this rate when you book your room by phone or through the hotel web site before 10 May. Please be sure to mention “IABC World Conference” when you make your reservation in order to receive the group rate. Be advised, rooms are based on availability and may sell out before 10 May. One night’s deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least two working days prior to the arrival.

Stay at the Sheraton
We recognize that you have a choice of hotels to stay at while attending the conference, and that some offer lower rates than IABC’s group rate, which was negotiated five years ago when the conference site was booked. We highly encourage you to stay at the Sheraton Centre Toronto during the conference.

- Help support your association. IABC has a financial obligation to fulfill the guest room block at the Sheraton Centre Toronto. You can help prevent an attrition penalty on IABC by booking your room at the Sheraton.
